Learn a language, break down barriers and create a more inclusive society. This is the philosophy of instructor José Almeida, a native of Ecuador who has taught Spanish for 30 years (21 years in Japan). José is currently the School District Family and Cultural Liaison and has been teaching Adult Education Spanish classes in the District with the outreach program for the past seven years. Many students continue to take Josés classes, creating a family of dedicated adult language learners in Estes.
