Registration deadline is the first night of class. However, Julie's classes do fill up. It is advised that you register ahead of time.
Boot Camp is a staple class in the Outreach program. Julie is one of the longest running teachers and her students are dedicated! This class will run throughout the fall semester. The class ends one week before the holiday break, allowing us to have one make-up date, should weather closures arise .
Boot Camp is a high intensity interval training class that combines strength training with cardio bursts. This class can be modified to fit all ages and abilities. This style of workout provides high energy in a short amount of time. Boot camp is becoming a New Year's tradition. Sign up and get your body back!
